Meet The Gurus : Stan Fels

Stan Fels, Director

Stan Fels is an ace coach who helps the finance dream team keep their skills sharp and stay true to RoseRyan’s proven processes. He also matches gurus to clients in the high tech and life science sectors.

Stan draws on more than 25 years of sales, marketing and finance experience. Before joining RoseRyan in 2006, he worked in Deloitte’s Financial Advisory Services practice and Ernst & Young’s Technology and Communications industry group. Stan also spent many years at AT&T and other communications companies, and was involved in the development and deployment of four start-up divisions.

Stan holds a BS in management science from San Jose State University, an MBA from Cal State University–Sacramento and is a graduate of the Sales Management Program at Columbia University. He’s also a Certified Professional Coach.

Stan enjoys spending time with his family, and prefers outdoor adventure sports like mountain biking, hiking, kayaking and cross-country skiing to being in an office.
