Emerging Growth Manager

RoseRyan is looking for a self-motivated and results-driven General Manager to direct and manage our organization’s Emerging Growth business and to develop and implement effective business strategies and programs. Your entrepreneurial spirit and vision will assist our organization to:

  • Grow the business working with sales and marketing teams,
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients,
  • Increase staff productivity,
  • Improve service delivery and client satisfaction,
  • Improve length and value of client engagements
  • Meet business objectives

Duties for the General Manager will include:

  • Overall P&L responsibility for Emerging Growth
  • Developing and implementing growth opportunities
  • Identifying and closing business opportunities
  • Allocating budget resources
  • Managing operational costs
  • Formulating policies to improve efficiency
  • Coordinating business operations
  • Hiring, training and developing employees
  • Evaluating and improving performance and productivity of team members
  • Ensuring client satisfaction
  • Engaging with vendors and partners
  • Providing regular financial and operational reports on the status of the business

The successful candidate for this role should possess:

  • Prior experience in professional services industry
  • Knowledge of finance and accounting
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and grow a services business
  • Experience in working with venture backed companies and investors
  • Excellent communication skills,
  • Superior knowledge of business functions,
  • Budgeting and finance skills,  and
  • Strong leadership qualities.
