RoseRyan elevates Pat Voll to vice president

Voll to lead new client-focused area for the Silicon Valley consulting firm

Newark, Calif., March 13, 2012 — RoseRyan today announced that Pat Voll, a former director with the Silicon Valley–based accounting and finance consulting firm, has been elevated to vice president. Voll, who has worked with RoseRyan since 2004, will lead the firm’s new Client Management area, which was established to bring a sharper focus to addressing client needs through superior service. Voll will continue to lead the firm’s compliance and risk management practice.

“Pat is an extremely talented finance executive who has worked with many fast-moving companies, both as a consultant and as a CFO and VP,” says Kathy Ryan, RoseRyan CEO and CFO.

“Pat speaks easily with clients, having walked in their shoes. She’s the ideal person for this new position. I’m continuously impressed with everything she brings to the table: listening, a deep understanding of our field, and a sense of how to meaningfully engage with clients and deliver what they need and truly want from us,” adds Ryan.

“I’m looking forward to taking the pulse of our clients,” says Voll. “While we’ve always provided excellent customer service, I want to dig deeper. I’ll be finding out more about their pain points, their wants and needs and how we can help them be more strategic within their organizations. One of my main questions: How can we help clients stay forward-looking and strategic?”

Voll notes that this is a key concern in the accounting and finance field because she views the space as both “engulfed with rapid change from a variety of forces” while simultaneously “needing to be ever-more strategic.”

About Pat Voll
An alum of Price Waterhouse with deep experience in corporate and operational finance accounting, Voll joined RoseRyan in 2004 as a consultant and was promoted to director in 2005. From 1997 to 2003, she served as VP of finance at Advent Software, and before that was VP of finance and accounting at Portola Packaging for a year; in both positions she was principal accounting officer as well. From 1993 to 1995, she skillfully guided Trinzic Corp. through two major transitions: as controller, she worked to merge the newly public company with its counterpart, and in 1995 she was promoted to CFO and led Trinzic to a successful acquisition. A San Jose Sharks fan, Voll is an avid book club member and lives in Menlo Park.
