Hashiguchi leads practice area focused on accelerating startups
Newark, Calif., October 7, 2019—RoseRyan, a Silicon Valley-based finance and accounting consulting firm that takes companies further, faster, announced today that Tracey Hashiguchi has been promoted to Director of Emerging Growth.
In this position, she leads RoseRyan’s solution that optimizes the finance function of startups, particularly venture-backed ones. Her specialized team delivers a full stack CFO solution to meet milestones and investor expectations. It includes CFO and controller expertise coupled with an outsourced day-to-day accounting team, depending on a company’s needs—every piece of the solution is geared toward scaling with efficiency.

Known as a creative collaborator who loves to learn about what drives today’s workforce and high-performing teams, Hashiguchi started at RoseRyan in 2014. As manager of the EG area’s customer experience, she engaged RoseRyan’s consultants and startup clients to ensure the firm’s high standards were met or exceeded. Hashiguchi has also focused on continuously growing the EG practice area by revenue, headcount and clients.
Recent achievements include the development of her area’s full stack CFO solution. She also launched the Rapid Diagnostic for Emerging Growth to assess startups’ financial readiness for liftoff. According to Ryan, both initiatives speak to Hashiguchi’s leadership and the way that she is always looking to leverage the firm’s full capabilities.

Prior to joining RoseRyan, Hashiguchi spent 14 years at Deloitte in Silicon Valley, rising to Senior Marketing Specialist in its practice for emerging growth companies.
