Newark, Calif., May 15, 2019—RoseRyan, an award-winning San Francisco Bay Area finance and accounting consulting firm that takes companies further, faster, today has announced that Christopher “Chris” Ludwig has joined it as Director of Corporate Governance.
In addition to overseeing the strategy and implementations of one of RoseRyan’s highly respected practice areas—which covers internal-control compliance and internal audit solutions for public and private companies—Ludwig will strengthen client relationships and gain new ones. Ludwig brings to the position more than 20 years of internal audit, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and financial planning and analysis experience at consulting and Big 4 firms, as well as industry experience.

About Christopher “Chris” Ludwig
Ludwig has led significant compliance efforts at large public companies as well as “year one” Sarbanes-Oxley work startups. Prior to joining RoseRyan, he worked at advisory firm SOAProjects for two years as director of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and internal audit. Prior to that, he spent seven years with KPMG’s San Francisco office as a director. He holds an MBA in finance from the University of Notre Dame, and earlier in his career, Ludwig worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco.
